The barn door wouldn’t shut. Hank tugged, yanked, and cussed like he was wrestling a bull.
“Move,” drawled Clara Mae. She tore off a piece of duct tape, gave the door a good kick, and stuck it shut.
“Temporary fix,” Hank grumbled.
“Permanent enough,” Clara shot back. “If I wanted perfect, I wouldn’t be ranchin’.”
