Hi friends, and welcome back to Cowgirl Monday and today’s quick story The Coffee Maker Catastrophe.
I’m having a little fun lately with the theme that a cowgirl can fix anything with duct tape and attitude!
At the bunkhouse, the men circled the busted coffee maker like mourners at a funeral.
“No coffee today, boys,” one sighed dramatically.
Sally Jane shoved through, slapped duct tape over the filter basket, poured hot water straight through, and held the pot up high. “It ain’t Starbucks,” she grinned, “but it’ll keep your whining from waking the horses.”
