Hey friends, thanks for stopping by to check out my recipe for Chocolate Strawberry Overnight Oats. I love chocolate strawberry anything!
If you love that combo too, check out Taste of Home for chocolate strawberry desserts!
Strawberries
On the rare times that I find fresh strawberries on sale, I’ll chop up three of them for this recipe. But generally I use frozen sliced strawberries, five or six slices, and I don’t chop them.
Chocolate Powder
I use Carnation Chocolate Breakfast Essentials because that’s what I keep in the house. It’s always called into action for my Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie.
You can use whatever chocolate protein (or not) powder you keep in the kitchen.
Chocolate Strawberry Overnight Oats recipe
1/3 cup quick oats
1/3 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup milk (I used almond or cashew milk)
3 strawberries, chopped (if using sliced frozen, chopping optional)
1 to 2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Mix the oats, yogurt, chocolate powder, and milk in a bowl until smooth. Stir in the strawberries and chocolate chips. Put in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.
Breakfast is ready when I wake up! Yay!
